Elena Gushchina

I work at the intersection of architecture and painting: one teaches me to see structure and proportion, the other to handle colour and mood freely.

In my work I explore space — how light shapes volume, how a line holds a composition, how emptiness becomes part of the image alongside the figure.

I paint in oil and acrylic on canvas. Works can be viewed and purchased in the Works section, and custom commissions can be discussed via the Contact page.
